5 Steps Toward a Career in Japan

Step 2: Intensive Language & Cultural Training
Main focus on mastering Japanese (N5 Level), disciplined afternoon physical training, and introduction to work ethics.
Step 3: Skill Test
Formal physical and Japanese language examinations. Followed by technical job interviews with Japanese companies.
Step 4: Document & Visa Processing
After securing a job offer, focus on departure documents, CoE processing, and work visa application.
Step 5: Departure & Job Placement
Departure to Japan, company pickup, and placement at the workplace. 3-year internship contract.
